Meet the Staff

Dr. Junho Lee, PT, DPT
Dr. Lee earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Long Island University Brooklyn and his Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy (BPT) from Yongin University. He has years of experience as a Functional Manual Therapist in New York City implementing a variety of hands-on treatment techniques to support patient recovery and improve functional outcomes.
Early in his career he served at a sub-acute rehabilitation facility in Korea as a physical therapist specializing in post-stroke rehabilitation using the Bobath concept. Additionally, he has completed clinical affiliations at Robert Wood Johnson focusing on outpatient orthopedics.
Dr. Lee is also certified in dry needling to stimulate muscle recovery, provide pain relief, and improve range of motion.
His passion, and the ethos of Optimal Loading Physio, is to provide care that is: “Personalized, Comprehensive, and Evidence-Based.”
He enjoys working collaboratively with his patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals through tailored treatment approaches.
Outside of work, he cherishes spending quality time with his wife and three children.

Sarah Jung
Sarah Jung is a Pilates instructor with a physical therapy background from South Korea. She completed her Pilates instructor certification in Korea and has clinical experience in hospital and nursing home settings, including Bundang Seoul National University Hospital.
Her background includes working with patients on mobility, functional recovery, strengthening, balance, and rehabilitation-based exercise. Sarah brings that movement-focused experience into her Pilates sessions, helping clients improve posture, core strength, flexibility, body control, and confidence with exercise.
At Optimal Loading Physio, Sarah provides private 1-on-1 Pilates sessions in a calm and supportive setting. Her approach is personalized, detail-oriented, and ideal for clients who want individual guidance instead of a crowded group class.
